3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe the material removed or disabled was done so by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- ✅ A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake

4. Repeat Infringers
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat copyright infringers. Accounts or IPs that repeatedly infringe may be banned from accessing the website.
